Resources & Insights for Leaders
Responding to the Pandemic

The coronavirus has disrupted every industry on the planet and business leaders are left scrambling to adjust to new realities. For executives, this can mean a lot of sleepless nights along with feelings of anxiety and fear. Operating from a mindset of dread, however, limits decision making ability and can cause us to respond reflexively instead of thoughtfully.

Over the last month, we’ve watched as countless business leaders have chosen a different path. Guided by their values, these executives have found creative ways to provide comfort, hope, joy, and resilience in difficult times. Some of the responses are dramatic, but many are simple “everyday” actions that business leaders are taking on behalf of the common good.

These everyday business heroes have inspired us, and so we’re collecting their stories below and in a different format at our Forbes.com column. We hope the examples of these values-driven leaders are a source of inspiration as you act on your values within your company and community.
