CHICAGO:  Olympic silver medalist John Coyle, now a senior vice president with innovation agency Maddock Douglas, Inc., will be the keynote speaker at an April 4th event designed for senior leaders. Coyle will be joined by David Ziegler, Chairman of the Board of Directors for Ace Hardware Corporation.

The event is the first partnership between the Chicago Chapter of Conscious Capitalism, Inc. and the Center for Values-Driven Leadership at Benedictine University.

Coyle will help attendees explore the characteristics of organizations that excel in fast-changing environments and the role culture plays in being able to respond to the market place in innovative products and services. As a leader with Maddock Douglas, Coyle and his colleagues have helped over 25 percent of the Fortune 100 innovate for success.

Ziegler will share how innovative responses to economic challenges and competition led Ace Hardware through the recession to find a growth path that defies expectations.
