When Andy Studdert’s receptionist had a four hour commute home during a snowstorm, he decided there had to be a better way to care for his employees safety in inclement weather. As CEO of NES Rental, he developed a work from home policy for emergencies; the policy worked so well, NES implemented the plan every week, giving administrative employees the opportunity to work from home two days a week.
