AI has been used by organizations like John Deere, Merck, the US Navy, and more to set strategy, drive innovation, grow sales, redesign divisions, improve cycle times, increase customer satisfaction, shape or design culture, address critical opportunities, develop leaders, engage employees, and build organizational agility. In this session, we'll introduce you to the basics of the Appreciative Inquiry (AI) mindset. Then, through hands-on activities, learn to

  • Identify challenges your organization is facing and reframe the opportunity using the AI methodology.
  • Adapt the AI process to fit your opportunity, and use it to create actionable new insight.

  • Consider how to integrate AI into your daily practices: how you coach team members, create vision, and lead organizational change.

Led by Appreciative Inquiry pioneers Dr. Jim Ludema and Amber Johnson, this half-day workshop will help you develop powerful new tools you can put to work immediately.
