In this 3-day workshop, you will strengthen your executive leadership skills and become an architect of positive culture to get the results your organization needs.

We’ll teach the building blocks of a strong, positive workplace culture. Then you’ll assess your own organization to identify compelling opportunities for aligning your organization around a common vision, culture, and set of strategies. Our experienced facilitators will lead you in hands-on activities to:

  • Discover the foundational strengths that will sustain your organization through major changes and organizational shifts.

  • Identify a compelling vision, the new path that will catapult your company into the future while also addressing your organization’s biggest challenges.

  • Accelerate change through designing a clear, powerful, and practical strategy to serve as an operational roadmap for achieving the vision.

  • Make the future you’ve envisioned a reality through new tools for implementation and integration.

You’ll leave the workshop with an actionable plan that can transform your organization at the scale you need: whether working with 5 people or 5,000.
